     The HL30-100 Isolating Switch offers a rated current range from 6A to 100A and is available in 1 to 4-pole configurations. It boasts excellent short-circuit protection with a rated short-time withstand current of 12ln (1 second) and a rated short-circuit making capacity of 20ln (0.1 seconds). Its reliable operational performance is evidenced by a mechanical lifespan of 8500 cycles (no-load) and 1500 cycles (on-load), achieving a total of 10,000 operations.

     The switch features a well-engineered structure utilizing a double-breakpoint direct-acting contact system and a spring-energy storage operating mechanism. For higher current models, two sets of parallel contacts are used to increase current capacity and utilize electromagnetic force compensation. The spring-energy storage mechanism ensures rapid make/break operations, independent of manual speed. The contact status is clearly indicated by prominent red/green markers, effectively preventing misoperation and enhancing safety.
